Our story begins with David lying asleep in his bed one day, only to be awakened by a particular ringtone on his phone. He shot up. This was the ringtone he used for his crack dealer, Kat. Fumbling, David answered the phone. “H-Hey K-Kat! D-Do you have my fix for t-today?” The boy stuttered out. “Yeah, yeah, yeah.” Said the voice over the phone. “Just come to the usual place and I’ll hook you up.” She paused. “And today’s batch is going to be hella good.” David hung up the phone with a click.
